Louis Rossmann, fighting for the “right to repair” for a developer pressured by a 3D printer maker, promises financial support and calls for crowdfunding

Bambu Lab reportedly threatened legal action against a developer working on 3D printer control software, prompting the related repository to be removed.

Right-to-repair advocate Louis Rossmann said he will cover the first $10,000 in legal fees for the developer.

Rossmann also urged the community to donate, framing the dispute as part of a wider fight over repair and modification rights in 3D printing.
