Intel Silently Launches Core Ultra 7 251HX Processor: 6 P-Cores, 12 E-Cores and 3 Xe GPU Cores

Intel quietly published an official product page for the Core Ultra 7 251HX without a formal announcement.

The 251HX uses an 18-core/18-thread layout with 6 P-cores and 12 E-cores and shares a 45W–160W TDP and 30 MB cache with the 255HX.

Its Max Turbo is up to 5.1 GHz while integrated graphics are reduced to three Xe3 GPU cores, and Intel lists AI TOPS as 30 versus 33 for the 255HX.
