Toyota Woven City, New Invention Garage

Toyota and Woven by Toyota are expanding the AI foundation and prototyping hub at Toyota Woven City to speed up new mobility services.

The city will use large AI models for visual data and a safety support system to help validate technologies across vehicles, people, and infrastructure.

Woven City Inventor Garage will begin operations in April as a space for prototyping and verification.

Four new companies and organizations have joined as Inventors, including UCC Japan, the AI Robot Association, Daiichikosho, Joby Aviation, and Toyota Financial Services.
