Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight’s Batman 1989 mission is full of Easter eggs

Polygon previewed a Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight museum mission that recreates the 1989 Batman attack on the Flugelheim Museum.

The level is packed with Easter eggs honoring Batman history, from Kevin Conroy and Adam West’s Gray Ghost to Frank Miller’s The Dark Knight Returns and Detective Comics #27.

It also includes a painting tribute to Bob Kane and Bill Finger, underscoring the game’s effort to recognize Batman’s creators and legacy.
