Gemini Spark now available in Japan with the Pro plan: an "AI partner" that works 24/7

Google says Gemini Spark will expand in Japan to Google AI Pro users within weeks, moving beyond the higher-end Ultra tier.

The personal AI agent works in the Gemini app, supports Japanese and English, and can automate tasks like research, scheduling, travel, and data organization.

It connects with Google services including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Keep, and Chrome, and can run on triggers or schedules.

For sensitive actions like sending email or moving files, Gemini Spark will ask for user approval first.
