NVIDIA unveils real-time video generation AI “LongLive-2.0,” achieving lightweight, high-quality generation through training designed for FP4 quantization

NVIDIA released LongLive-2.0, an open video generation model built for real-time, long-duration output.

The model was designed from training for NVFP4 quantization, aiming to cut memory use and improve speed without major quality loss.

NVIDIA also released a base model plus two quantized variants, all open-sourced on Hugging Face under the NVIDIA Open Model License.

The launch highlights a practical path to running higher-quality generative video more efficiently on newer Blackwell GPUs.
