Pierce asks you to check the gambler population in Hernand by playing one game of Duo at the tavern.

Duo is the local gambling minigame; a hand's point is the last digit of its card sum and matches are ranked.

Playing a round costs 15 Silver; winning is optional for the quest but you still pay the fee.

Cheaters often deal by grabbing sticks from the sides and can be accused, but false accusations ban you from that table for one in-game day.

Timing raises can bluff opponents into folding, and the View Hands button shows the full hand ranking.
