A YouTube modder, TrashBench, built a homemade Peltier GPU cooler using dual 360mm AIOs, waterblocks, and custom DC controllers.

Testing on an RTX 4060 and RTX 3070 produced sub-ambient temperatures and lower GPU temps.

But the gains were modest compared with the system’s roughly 360W power draw.

The results underline why Peltier cooling remains too inefficient and complex for mainstream GPU cooling.
