20-story mixed-use complex directly connected to Tsukiji Station, with a new station plaza

Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate and NTT Urban Development have secured key approvals for a redevelopment project adjacent to Tsukiji Station in Tokyo.

The project will build a 20-story, 110-meter-tall mixed-use complex with offices, retail, and public facilities, targeting completion in November 2030.

Plans also include a station-linked subway entrance, Tsukiji Station’s first plaza, a large exchange plaza, and more pedestrian and green space.

The development is intended to improve walkability and strengthen disaster resilience across the Tsukiji area.
