Memories in Google Photos is about to get a serious editing upgrade

Google Photos is testing a new Memories editing flow in version 7.78.0.920664585, according to an APK teardown.

The upgrade includes an Edit button and a bottom sheet that lets users edit in Google Photos or send the project to CapCut.

It may also add more control over clip length, audio, and text overlays for recap videos and photo carousels.
