The Korea Artificial Intelligence Association met with Romania’s State Secretary for Foreign Affairs and the Romanian ambassador to discuss AI cooperation.

The sides explored a phased talent-development program, joint market research, and support for Korean AI startups’ real-world PoC projects.

They also discussed exchange opportunities through AI exhibitions and events, including AI Expo Korea and DefCamp 2026.

Both parties shared plans to move toward an MOU and deepen collaboration between Korean and Romanian AI ecosystems.
