iPhone 18 Could Come With 12GB of RAM

Apple’s standard iPhone 18 is now rumored to get 12GB of RAM, matching the iPhone 17 Pro models for the first time.

The upgrade could help Apple bring more Apple Intelligence features to the mainstream iPhone lineup.

The report also says the iPhone 18 may use TSMC’s 2nm A20 chip.

Another claim points to a delayed rollout, with the iPhone 18 base model, iPhone 18e, and iPhone Air 2 arriving in early 2027.
