First photos of solar eclipse from Artemis II crew look almost too good to be real

NASA shared Artemis II crew photos of a total solar eclipse seen from deep space, plus an Earth setting beyond the Moon.

The astronauts experienced a longer period of totality than observers on Earth and saw the Sun’s corona without atmospheric distortion.

The images offer a rare scientific and visual perspective on crewed lunar flight and Earth-Moon alignment.
