Amazon Prime Video pushes AI-based overhaul...enhancing recommendations and voice search

Amazon is pushing an internal project called “Lighthouse” to remake Prime Video around AI and personalization.

The overhaul includes better recommendations and discovery, voice-based requests, a redesigned home screen, and Alexa search integration.

The move aims to make Prime Video more user-centric while strengthening Amazon’s AI position against OpenAI and Anthropic.
