Google Meet will soon jot down notes for you, even if it’s an in-person meeting

Google is expanding Meet’s “Take Notes for Me” to support in-person meetings, not just video calls.

Powered by Gemini, it can transcribe discussions, pull out action items, and save notes to Google Docs.

The feature also works with Zoom and Microsoft Teams, making it a more cross-platform meeting assistant.

Rollout begins in the coming weeks for select Google One and Workspace plans.
