Your Pixel 10 is about to get smarter at reading your habits, but there's a privacy catch

Google is rolling out Contextual Suggestions to Pixel 10 devices, including the Pixel 10a, as a default-on on-device AI feature.

It analyzes local usage patterns to surface timely prompts like playlists or casting suggestions, aiming to make Pixel phones more proactive.

The data is stored in encrypted space on the phone, and users can disable the feature or delete collected data in settings.

Google has not announced support for older Pixel phones or Android 17 beta devices.
