Governor Alex Otti visited Ovim during Abia State’s third anniversary celebration and commissioned a newly completed road project.

The road links Ovim to nearby towns and improves access toward Enugu, boosting local connectivity.

Community leaders and residents welcomed Otti, and one road was named after Admiral Ndubuisi Kanu.

The project was presented as part of Otti’s infrastructure-led development agenda in Abia State.
