Xbox Game Pass Adds Its First Game for April 2026

Barbie Horse Trails was added to Xbox Game Pass across three tiers in April 2026 and is the first addition of the month.

It is the 53rd title added to Game Pass so far in 2026.

The game was developed by Philadelphia-based PHL Collective and originally launched in October 2025.

An open-world single-player adventure where you play a junior ranger in Canterbury Trails Park; features a character creator and horse customization, with estimated completion under six hours.

Not available on the Essential tier; the publisher is Outright Games, which also published Barbie Project Friendship (joined Game Pass in June 2025 and left after five months).
