Samsung C&T posts 6.4 trillion won in first-half high-tech orders; reviews guidance hike

Samsung C&T's construction division improved results in Q2, posting KRW 3.988 trillion in sales and KRW 202 billion in operating profit.

First-half high-tech orders reached KRW 6.4 trillion, or 94% of the annual target, driven by the Pyeongtaek P4 and P5 projects and resumed semiconductor investment.

The company expects high-tech orders to hit a record this year and is considering raising its overall order guidance.

It is also pushing for more orders in nuclear power, SMRs, data centers, housing, and overseas projects.
