Anthropic launches Claude Design, a Figma and Canva rival built on Claude

Anthropic has launched Claude Design in research preview.

The tool can generate design systems, website prototypes, slide decks, and other visual assets.

Outputs can be exported to PDF, PowerPoint, HTML, Canva, and Claude Code.

The release gives Anthropic a foothold in AI-assisted design software, competing with Figma and Canva.
