Gemini’s 'personal intelligence' now lets users generate images reflecting 'Google Photos'

Google says Gemini can now use Google Photos data to generate personalized images through its personal intelligence feature.

The system can reflect a user's preferences and people from their photo library, reducing the need for long prompts or manual reference images.

The feature is available through Google AI Plus, Pro, and Ultra, and is tied to the Nano Banana 2 image-generation experience.

Because it relies on personal photos and preferences, opt-in controls and privacy settings will be key.
