'Avatar: Fire and Ash' Will Hit Disney Plus in June

Disney says Avatar: Fire and Ash will begin streaming on Disney Plus on June 24 after its theatrical run.

Sigourney Weaver announced the release date during Disney’s Upfront presentation.

The film is the third Avatar installment from James Cameron, following Jake Sully and Neytiri as they face Quaritch and a new Na'vi faction led by Varang.

The streaming debut broadens the reach of one of the world’s biggest film franchises beyond theaters.
