KT Participates in NATO Cyber Exercise 'Locked Shields' for Second Consecutive Year

KT participated in NATO CCDCOE’s Locked Shields 2026 for the second year in a row, standing out as the only Korean telecom carrier in the exercise.

Working with the Korea-Hungary joint team, KT defended key systems such as satellite communications, Windows servers, web services, and digital forensics and incident response.

KT reported strong performance in DFIR and highlighted progress in automation and cyber resilience.

The participation underscores KT’s expanding role in telecom security and its readiness for large-scale attacks on critical infrastructure.
