Oracle Integration Cloud (Gen3): File Polling Using FTP Trigger

Oracle Integration Cloud Gen3 24.10 adds a native FTP file-polling trigger for file-based integrations.

The trigger can start an integration when matching files arrive over FTP/SFTP, reducing the need for schedulers or custom polling code.
