Google making screen-less Fitbit band & here’s Steph Curry wearing it

Steph Curry posted an Instagram video showing a new screen-less Fitbit fabric band. Bloomberg reports the band will include basic features out of the box and require a paid subscription for more capabilities. The band design is fabric with a clasp and gray-and-orange coloring, marking Fitbit's first screen-less tracker since the Flex 2 in 2016. Google previously said new Fitbit hardware is coming in 2026, and the teaser suggests a near-term launch.

Fitbit's current cheapest tracker is the Inspire 3 at $99.95, and a screen-less band would position Fitbit closer to Whoop-style devices.
