Google brings agentic AI and vibe-coded widgets to Android

Google announced new Gemini features for Android that move the assistant from answering prompts to completing tasks across apps.

The update adds web browsing, appointment and checkout help, form filling, AI dictation in Gboard, and natural-language widget creation.

These tools will debut this summer on newer Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel phones, then expand to more Android devices later in the year.
