P2 Science Raises $23M Financing Round

P2 Science raised an oversubscribed $23 million round led by Sofinnova Partners, with new investors Emerald Technology Ventures and GS Futures joining in.

Existing backers including Lewis & Clark Partners, dsm-firmenich ventures, Connecticut Innovations, Chanel, BASF, and Safer Made also participated.

The company will use the capital to accelerate commercial growth in beauty and personal care ingredients and expand into aroma technologies, performance polymers, home care, coatings, and crop care.

The round underscores investor confidence in P2 Science’s green chemistry platform and sustainable ingredient strategy.
