Moniepoint Partners with UK Fintech tell.money to Strengthen Cross-Border Payment Security

Moniepoint has partnered with tell.money to add account name-checking to its Monieworld UK remittance service.

The move brings Confirmation of Payee checks into the transfer flow, helping verify payments before they are completed.

It supports UK compliance requirements while reducing fraud risk for cross-border remittances to Nigeria.

The deal also strengthens Moniepoint’s expansion in the UK diaspora payments market.
