Frontier Alliances are multi-year partnerships with four firms to define strategy, integrate systems, redesign workflows, and scale deployment globally.

The partners are Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey & Company, Accenture, and Capgemini; each will help customers with strategy, systems integration, workflow redesign, and global scaling.

OpenAI’s Forward Deployed Engineering team will work with partners, providing technical resources, roadmap insight, and access to product and research teams.

QuantumBlack, McKinsey’s AI arm, pairs technical expertise with industry insight to redesign processes and integrate agents.
