World’s first see-through sensor uses quantum ink to tell a tap from a hard push

Nanomade and PolyIC unveiled a fully transparent, flexible film that integrates capacitive touch and ultra-sensitive force sensing.

The film uses printed transparent electrodes and Nanomade's nanoparticle ink to detect both touch and applied pressure while preserving optical clarity.

Samples are planned for the third quarter of 2026 and a first demo is underway with an OEM partner.
