The Moto Razr and Razr Plus are victims of shrinkflation

Motorola’s 2026 Razr Plus launches at $1,099 and the standard Razr at $799, both $100 more than last year.

The Razr Plus keeps the same chipset and storage setup, but adds a larger battery.

The standard Razr gets a newer chip, an upgraded ultrawide camera, and a bigger battery.

Motorola also cuts the base Razr’s storage to 128GB, drawing criticism over higher prices for modest upgrades.
