iOS 27 Siri Overhaul: Standalone App, New Design, Dynamic Island Integration and Ask Siri Button

Apple is testing a standalone Siri chatbot app for iOS 27, bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman reported Apple is testing a standalone Siri chatbot app for iOS 27.

Siri app will support both text and voice conversations the chatbot will allow text-based and voice-based back-and-forth conversations.

Will display past conversations with management options the app will show a list or grid of past chats with favorite, search, new chat, and save options.

Siri will integrate with Dynamic Island in testing, apple is testing a Dynamic Island interface showing a glowing Siri icon and a searching label while processing requests.

Will replace current Spotlight search functionality, siri integration is reported to replace Spotlight search while retaining and expanding Siri Suggestions.
