Firefox’s “Shake Your Phone to Summarize Web Pages” feature now supports Japanese on iOS and is introduced on Android for the first time

Mozilla is expanding Firefox’s “Shake to Summarize” AI feature on mobile.

On iOS, the feature now supports multiple languages; on Android, it is rolling out in English.

Mozilla also added an “AI Control” setting on both iOS and Android to manage AI features more easily.

The updates improve quick article summarization and give users better control over AI tools.
