Ninth Circuit unanimously denies Apple’s rehearing requests in Epic Games case

The Ninth Circuit denied Apple’s petitions for panel rehearing and rehearing en banc in the Epic Games case.

The underlying district court ruled Apple violated California’s Unfair Competition Law and ordered links to external payment methods.

A three-judge panel had largely upheld the lower court, and no judge requested a vote on the en banc petition.
