Apple releases iOS 26.5 RC

Apple has released the first iOS 26.5 release candidate for iPhone after several beta builds.

The near-final update adds Apple Maps changes, Suggested Places, USB Bluetooth pairing for Magic accessories, and EU-specific adjustments.

The release candidate suggests iOS 26.5 should reach users within days, just ahead of the iOS 27 beta cycle at WWDC 2026.
