Star Fox price confirms it’s the second Nintendo-published Switch 2 title being sold cheaper digitally in the US

Nintendo priced Star Fox at $49.99 digitally and $59.99 physically in the US, reinforcing its new Switch 2 first-party pricing model.

It is the second Switch 2 first-party game to follow Nintendo’s lower US digital price policy, after earlier examples like Donkey Kong Bananza and Mario Kart World.

The title launches June 25 as a Star Fox 64 remake with updated visuals, new content, multiplayer, and Switch 2-specific control support.

The move suggests Nintendo is encouraging digital purchases and may help shape future retail pricing for Switch 2 games.
