38-Story Mixed-Use Tower Directly Connected to Noborito Station

Tokyu Real Estate and Odakyu Real Estate announced a 38-story mixed-use tower project at Noborito Station.

The project received approval for its rights conversion plan from the Kawasaki mayor and will start new construction.

The complex will include housing, retail, childcare support, parking, a pedestrian deck linking the station, and disaster-response facilities, with completion targeted in fiscal 2029.
