Bammitongwi publishes first guidebook on protecting users of online subscription services

The guide covers prohibited practices, major violation cases, and common harm patterns for digital content and OTT providers.

It aims to reduce consumer harm from auto-renewal, restricted cancellation, and missing key information by clarifying compliance standards and enforcement direction.
