Intel Updates Nova Lake-S 42 Core To 44 Core In Dual Compute Tile CPU Config

Intel upgraded a Nova Lake-S desktop SKU from 42 cores to 44 cores with a dual compute tile layout.

The new 44-core design includes 16 P-Cores, 24 E-Cores and 4 LPE cores based on Coyote Cove and Arctic Wolf.

Dual-tile Nova Lake-S CPUs will offer up to 288 MB of bLLC, while single-tile parts will have 144 MB.

Nova Lake-S will use the LGA 1954 socket on 900-series motherboards and is due in 2H 2026.
