Zhongke Aerospace Files for STAR Market IPO, Aiming to Become China's First Commercial Spaceflight Listing

Zhongke Aerospace has filed for an IPO on China’s STAR Market, aiming to become the country’s first publicly listed commercial spaceflight company.

The company says it has completed 11 rocket launches and delivered 86 satellites into orbit.

Its backers include the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Mechanics, and Guangzhou authorities.

The listing could become a milestone for China’s private space sector and a benchmark for future fundraising.
