Xbox Owners Accidentally Get Lego Batman Early As PC Players Bemoan Surprise Denuvo DRM

Some Xbox players briefly got early access to Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight after preorder and Walmart digital purchases exposed a download glitch.

Access was later patched out, turning the incident into an accidental early release ahead of the May 22 launch.

PC players also pushed back after WB Games and TT Games added Denuvo DRM to the game’s PC version.

The move renewed criticism that anti-piracy tools can hurt performance without fully preventing piracy.
