This gorgeous fanless RTX 5080 PC turns passive cooling into a thermal nightmare

Billet Labs tested a fanless custom PC built around an RTX 5080 and Ryzen 7 9800X3D, using stacked radiators and custom copper plumbing.

The system stayed quiet and handled light use, but sustained stress tests and gaming pushed coolant and CPU temperatures very high.

CPU throttling appeared at times, showing that passive cooling can work technically but struggles under heavy modern gaming loads.

Creator Felix says the build is not practical for daily use as-is and plans to add a 120mm fan.
