Google’s YouTube disclosure says products featured or tagged in creator content are sold by merchants, not by YouTube.

Any purchase is governed by the merchant’s own terms and policies, not YouTube’s.

In other words, YouTube may surface or link the products, but the actual sale is handled by a third-party merchant.
