Google Chrome 151 Stable Released, Adds a Web API for Easy Streaming Text Processing

Google Chrome 151 stable is now rolling out with new Web API updates, including textStream() for direct text handling from byte streams.

The release also expands usermedia support, declarative Shadow DOM, and adds new PerformanceEntry signals for SPA measurement.

CSS, DOM, permission policy, and other web platform APIs were updated to simplify app implementation and improve observability.

On the platform side, support for macOS 12 has ended and Manifest V2 extensions continue to be disabled.
