The Tesla Cybertruck's wheels are coming off. Literally.

Tesla is recalling all Cybertrucks equipped with 18-inch steel wheels after the NHTSA warned that wheel rotors can crack and separate from the hub on rough roads.

The recall appears limited in scope: only 173 of these Cybertrucks were sold, according to the report.

Still, the move adds to the Cybertruck’s growing list of quality and reliability concerns.

It also lands as broader Cybertruck sales have fallen sharply from 2024 into 2026, raising more questions about demand and Tesla’s EV brand.
