Kubernetes v1.36 enhances security and AI support

Kubernetes 1.36 ships with 70 changes, led by generally available fine-grained kubelet API authorization.

The release adds beta Resource Health Status support for device failures, improving hardware and workload observability.

It also introduces alpha workload-aware scheduling features like gang scheduling and topology-aware placement.

These native primitives can help AI and batch workloads rely less on external scheduling tools.
