"Kotoe Hashimoto" to Open on May 29; Accessible from National Route 16 and Sagamihara IC

Daiwa House will open the renewed mixed-use retail complex COTOE Hashimoto in Sagamihara’s Midori Ward on May 29.

The project repurposes an aging large-scale shopping center into a neighborhood-oriented mall.

Anchor tenants include Yaoko, Kojima x Bic Camera, and Nitori, alongside retail, medical, services, dining, and gaming areas.

The facility is expected to serve local shopping needs while also drawing visitors from a wider area.
