Google rolling out a really vibrant Search Live redesign

Google is rolling out a colorful Search Live redesign in the Android app, replacing the old arc waveform with a blue perimeter glow and bottom gradient waveform.

The video feed now expands to full screen, while core controls like Unmute, Video, Transcript, and CC stay in place.

The new UI has been spotted in Google app version 17.20 on Android, but it is not yet widely available.

The update suggests Google is continuing to polish its AI and voice search experience across products like AI Mode and Circle to Search.
