Elon Musk Has a 71% Chance to Hit Trillionaire Status by 2026, Says Polymarket

Polymarket shows traders assign roughly a 71% chance that Elon Musk will reach $1 trillion by the end of 2026.

Musk’s net worth climbed past $600 billion in 2025 and estimates in early April 2026 range from about $636 billion to $809–839 billion.

Reports say SpaceX merged with or acquired xAI for about $1.25 trillion and filed confidential IPO paperwork with the SEC on April 1, 2026 targeting over $1.75 trillion.

A SpaceX IPO at those valuations could push Musk’s paper wealth past $1 trillion, and related markets also show high odds for a public listing before 2027.
