Andreessen Horowitz Is The Midterm Elections' Biggest Donor

Andreessen Horowitz has become the largest donor in the midterm elections, giving more than $115.5 million to political committees this cycle.

A New York Times analysis says much of the money has gone to crypto- and AI-focused super PACs, including Fairshake and Leading the Future, as well as Republican-aligned groups like MAGA Inc. and the RNC.

The spending reflects a broader push by major tech investors to influence U.S. policy on crypto and artificial intelligence.

It also suggests the firm is building closer ties with Washington and the Trump administration.
